Production Overview

HF‑S 101‑1 warping machine is auxiliary pre‑processing equipment for narrow webbing production. It is fitted with electronic length counter and broken‑yarn automatic brake system, which keeps stable yarn tension in the whole warping process. Multiple creel positions and warp beam specifications are optional, compatible with various yarn materials for producing trademarks, lace and webbing products.

Main Features

Electronic counter allows arbitrary preset length setting to guarantee accurate quantification and reduce yarn waste. Broken‑yarn automatic brake stops the machine timely before yarn enters the warp beam. Retractable over‑steel buckle can be adjusted according to warping density requirements. Precision yarn feeding device ensures consistent tension from the start to completion of warping. Optional creel stands:126, 154, 196. Warp beam size can be selected or custom‑designed as customer requirements.

Applications

Suitable for pre‑warping of trademarks, webbing, lace, wire and other yarns. Compatible with polyester, nylon, glitter yarn and various chemical‑fiber yarns. It can cooperate with galloping machines and high‑speed knitting machines.
